Built to Serve
Parishes and Dioceses

Every service we offer exists for one purpose: helping the Church fulfill its mission. Not hospitals. Not universities. Not nonprofits in general. Parishes and dioceses.

Parishes Are Where the Mission Begins

Nearly all of what we do is focused on campaigns and mission development for parishes. This is on purpose.

Parishes are the principal place of encounter, engagement, and evangelization — where the Body of Christ gathers each Sunday and is sent out from Mass into the everyday mission territory of homes and neighborhoods, workplaces and ball fields. We believe parishes are God’s greatest force of love and most important change agent on the planet. If the Church is going to fulfill its potential for greater mission, it begins in the communities where parishes and their people live.

That’s why we’re deliberately focusing on parishes that are growing or committed to growth. The whole Church is only as strong as its parishes, which do the transformational work of the Gospel day by day — serving on the frontlines in nearly every part of our nation and the world.

We Also Serve the Dioceses That Parishes Call Home

Alongside our focus on parishes, we bring the same depth of experience to dioceses through our Diocesan Development Services: development audits, major donor rating, strategic goal-setting, annual funds, and special campaigns. We also collaborate closely with diocesan leaders to serve their parishes — the same relationship of trust that extends to the front lines in our communities, where parishes live.

A Love for the Whole Body of Christ

While Catholic parishes and dioceses are where we concentrate our work, our heart is for the whole Body of Christ. Where the Holy Spirit leads, we’ve been glad to serve beyond our principal focus — including communities within the Anglican and Orthodox traditions.
