This baseline review of current activity leads to the development of a planning process that’s sets one, three and ten-year goals. It also encompasses establishing a long-term Case for Support, Stewardship efforts, Staffing, Budgeting, working with Boards, Commission, and Advisory Groups, Program Development, Communications, Mission Interest Groups, and working with Pastors and Parishes.

Focusing on the great mission possibilities of the Church, a comprehensive stewardship and development plan will inspire greater generosity from the Catholic community to meet the most critical needs of the Church and complement other efforts to connect members as active and enthusiastic shareholders in the sacred mission of the Church.
