Mission Advancement Planning
Mission Advancement Planning, or MAP, is the strategic planning and development planning tool used by hundreds of parishes, archdiocese, and diocese nationwide. The MAP process brings visionary planning that will continue to serve the Church’s mission and goals for many years. MAP addresses pastoral, financial, facility, and funding goals within each parish.
MAP is a process that engages all mission shareholders and stakeholders of the Church. Exploring the areas of operation and development of the Church that will need attention in the future leads to increased growth and funding upfront, alleviating stress and shortfalls later on. A clear and concise vision and mission with MAP also brings the Church together in its mission.
